Hailey is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centred care. She incorporates a variety of TCM modalities, including acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, shiatsu, tuina, moxibustion and Chinese herbal medicine, to help her patients achieve lasting well-being. With clinical experience addressing a wide range of concerns—including musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, dermatological health, and gynecological conditions—she takes a holistic approach that nurtures both body and mind.

Hailey is an honours graduate of AIM Academy with diplomas in Acupuncture Therapy  (2022) and Traditional Chinese Medicine (2023).  She completed a 2-year post-graduate internship in Kampo Japanese herbalism, and trained with an instructor from Beijing in Applied Channel Theory, a palpation based acupuncture lineage. Hailey also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts & Science from McMaster University , where she specialized in East Asian thought and its connection to wellness. Nozomi is a registered Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner who has been practicing since 2020.

After taking several courses of continuing education, she has developed an intuitive, patient-focused treatment style. Before applying needles, she usually starts with some bodywork, such as Tui na massage, cupping, or gua sha. As she does bodywork, she searches the problematic areas/channels and decides where to needle. As a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, she is able to diagnose and prescribe herbal medicine to patients for various issues such as digestion, hormonal imbalance and musculoskeletal pain.

While growing up in Japan, Nozomi learned from an early age the importance of maintaining optimal health and preventing disease. This knowledge has become a fundamental part of her lifestyle and practice. By giving self-care advice to patients, her goal is to encourage patients to prevent pain/imbalance in the body.

Nozomi believes that the body has innate healing power, and with acupuncture, herbs, and other Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities, her passion is helping patients restore balance to their bodies.
